Home Care Questions

There are a number of ways in which 1st Calder Care accept payment towards services. We will discuss payment options at your initial assessment. Gateway to Care can offer advice about funding for our services. To contact Gateway to Care please telephone: 01422 393000

Here at 1st Calder Care we offer a wide range of support services. This includes support at home to enable you to live as independently as possible. We also offer end of life care to provide comfort and support at this most crucial time. Our Home Maintenance Services can offer a wide range of reliable professionals to help with maintaining the upkeep of your house. Our Sitting/Companionship services offer company to do whatever it is you like to do in your spare time. Our Domestic/Cleaning services offer a wide range of affordable cleans around your home.

We are always happy to discuss your requirements and will do our utmost best to accommodate them. We understand that each person’s needs differ. We may not have listed something that we are able to offer support with but please get in touch with any queries.

Your support needs will regularly be assessed and monitored and will involve your input at all times. If you would like to make any changes at any time we will discuss this and always do our best to accommodate them.

Home Maintenance Questions

Our staff are all DBS checked and trained in their respective fields, our support staff and trade persons are prepared to go that 'extra mile' to help in your repairs.

This is all part of the service 1st Calder Care provides, which will allow you to mention any concerns when you join us.

The work conducted will viewed on a job-by-job bases, should the work be carried out turn out significant then there will be a receipt given. This however will not be a surprise bill as we will keep you informed of the costs involved.

We are committed to the best service that can be offered and this promise includes any work done to you home. We check all trades persons before allowing them to carry out work and your support work will be in close contact with them, which means peace of mind.
